Short Sale Specialist

During the down turn in the Real Estate Market, I specialized is assisting those most in need and with financial hardships. I worked with both the borrower and the lending institutions to achieve a mutual agreement with the negotiations of a short sale.  These negotiations often included financial incentive to my clients and at the close of escrow many were awarded $3000 and up to as much as $10,000 for participating in the process. 

This allowed me to serve my clients at a crucial time when many were in desperate times. I am honored to have been able to assist them in a positive and professional manner giving them some hope and great relief.  


Passion and Desire

It was with passion and by desire that got me into Real Estate. I started my career when my children were young, just starting school. I wanted to contribute financially to our household and selling Real Estate was the perfect opportunity for our family. I was able to participate in my children's learning activities and develop my business. I have been growing my business through the many relationships that I have built while serving my community and through continuing education.
